This appointment allows us to discuss your hair history, goals, lifestyle, and maintenance expectations. We’ll assess your hair’s current condition and create a customized plan, including realistic results, timing, and pricing.

A training program where you will work one on one with a Fitness Professional to create a personalized plan to fit your specific needs. Our trainers will go over lifestyle habits, nutrition and specific goal setting while tracking our progress, working on injury prevention, safe techniques and muscle recovery.

A Doula Consultation is for both the potential client and the doula to see if they are a good fit for each other. It is great to have both parents at a consultation so a family can see if everyone works well together. During your lactation consultation, you will meet with an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant to talk about your specific goals and what to expect with breastfeeding.
